Attention All iHigh users:
We have been alerted that when visiting iHigh sites, users and viewers have been receiving a malware message from certain internet browsers. We want to alert you that there was an ad in our server that, for an unknown reason, has been marked as malware and is causing this message to appear. The main browsers that have been effected are Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. Internet Explorer is not showing any issues. All of our sites are safe to use. Please see below for instructions on how to by pass the warnings. Please pass this along to any users/viewers that contact you as well. We have located the ad and hope to have this problem resolved shortly.
Here are steps to bypass the warning:
In Chrome- click on "advance" --> "proceed at your own risk"--> it should take users to the site.
In Firefox- you can bypass the problem by selecting ignore this warning, it will then take you to the page with a bar along the top, if you click on this "isn't an attack site", it will open a new window, you can just close the new window.
In Safari- only viewers can access iHigh sites in Safari. Users will not be able to log in. For users to view the iHigh sites, a warning will show up on the screen simply click ignore.
In Explorer- we have not come across any issues with Explorer at this time.
We would recommend using Chrome, when you go through all the steps in Firefox the site comes up in a safe mode and is not very easy to navigate. When you go through the steps in Chrome, the site still looks and functions normally.
