Non-Resident Enrollment

With the passage of S Sub for HB 2567 and H Sub for SB113, KASB has written policy JBCC Enrollment of Nonresident Students.  Prior to adoption, the school board must hold a hearing on the proposed policy.  This policy outlines the requirements for the enrollment of nonresident students, including required actions such as determining capacity, accepting applications, and admitting nonresident students. 

USD 423 Moundridge School Board has set the hearing for December 11^th, 2023 in the Moundridge High School Library at 6:50 PM prior to the regularly scheduled meeting.
